Searcy Rentals LLC was started 35 years ago to manage properties developed by Allen Searcy and other identities. Searcy Rentals LLC began primarily with apartments and houses later adding commercial strip centers and office buildings.
Warehousing became a significant part of the rental portfolio about 15 years ago. Currently our portfolio is made up of 175 residential units being apartments, townhouses, and single family houses, 60,000 square ft of commercial office and retail. 200,000 plus square feet of warehousing and 430 self storage units.
Practicing good customer service and maintain our properties are a high priority with our very qualified staff to manage and maintain our properties.
